I did it!!! Three miles before 6am!
When my alarm went off the first thing I thought was, Oh God… Then I thought about this blog and got right out of bed. I was in the gym by 5:15am! In order to make this process easier I actually sleep in my gym clothes… No, I did not wear my running shoes.
This plan worked well and I’ll probably do it again since the last thing I want to do at 5am is try and put on spandex leggings….
