This week.

My Running Buddy Kristen did this and I think it’s a great idea to keep me on track. I’m going to write down my plan for this week so I stick to it. It definitely helps and keeps me motivated when I know I’ll have to write about it later.

Tonight, Monday – 4 miles

Tuesday – Rest

Wednesday – 3 miles

Thursday – Rest

Friday – 3 miles

Saturday – 4 miles

Sunday – Yoga

Total mileage: 14!
