Mid-Week Update

This week has been going really well. I’ve run every day this week and plan to do a long run on Saturday morning. Tuesday night I got down to a 7 min mile pace on the treadmill which was very exciting! I know Red Rock is hilly, so I’ve also been using the incline function on the treadmill to simulate hills 🙂 I’m hoping all this work is going to make the half-marathon not that bad… Fingers crossed!

Tonight I’m going to Total Body Conditioning (great cross training!) and I’ll run a little bit before the class.
