Why is it that some weeks you have so much energy and others you feel tired all the time???
Last week I was running up a storm, never felt too tired and got so much done. This week is a whole other story. It’s Wednesday, I haven’t run, my room is a disaster and all i want to do is sleep.
I went to bed at 8:30 last night and still couldn’t get out of bed at 6 to go to the gym…
I guess my body is trying to tell me to relax and get some rest before the race? I’m hoping to get a 3 mile run in tonight. Oh and my addiction to coffee is at an all time high… three to four cups a day… oops!
