Last night was supposed to be weight training. Instead I made chocolate chip pancakes, watched the new Bethenny Frankel show ( I love her so much! She’s hilarious) and read The Girl who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest. It was a great night but I kinda felt bad/guilty that I didn’t workout.
I let myself feel guilty for a little bit, took a bite of pancake and felt a whole lot better and then planned to wake up a 5am and do my Pilates dvd.
It was a great way to start the morning and I feel great! Those 40 minutes with Ellen from Pick Your Spot Pilates are pretty amazing! haha
Tonight I need to run. I’m not sure how far yet… My training calendar says eight miles. If I run eight tonight then I’ll taper off until the race on Sunday so my legs will be in tip-top shape.

Don’t ever, ever feel bad for not working out if you eat chocolate chip pancakes. Looks like you’ve got that one under control, though. I need to get on the Bethenny Frankel train, looks like. Everyone loves her.
I think I felt bad for about ten minutes… haha Once I took a bite of my chocolate chip pancakes I was a happy girl and could care less about lifting weights!
And YES! You need to watch her show. Her baby is super cute!
